How to Use Microsoft Word 2019(Beginner Guide to Microsoft Word 2019)

             Basically, we all are using Microsoft Office and It's different Products like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Publisher, Skype, and many others. But today we are going to show you how to use Microsoft word with some basic usage that can Improve your word Document. Or you can say that we are going to teach you how to use Microsoft Word. Here we are using the latest version of Microsoft Word 2019. And You don't need to upgrade to the latest, you can even use your old version of Word too. Then let's Get Started.

1. First, you need to create a new word document by going to File-- > New and then select Blank document to create a new document.

2. Now you have created your new document. Now we will create a header and footer. Go to Insert Menu and then select Header to insert header and footer to insert footer.

3. Now we have added header and footer to the document. Now we will start writing. Just select font which you like, then select the font size, color, and text alignment. Now start writing.

4. Now If you want to add page numbers then select the place where you want to add numbers. In my example, I wan to add page numbers to footer. So select free space on footer and then go to Page Numbering-->Current Position and then select what kind of numbering you want to add.

5. Now we have added page Numbering Successfully. Now I want to insert some pictures, tables, and links to my document then just go to Insert menu and select what kind of stuff you want to add.

6. Now I added the necessary stuff I wanted to add. Now I want to change my document's theme. So go to Design --> Themes. Now select the theme you would like.  

7. Now I selected my preferred theme. Now I want to change the layout of my document. Then go to Layout and change the stuff you want. You can select margins or you can create your own custom margin, you can also change the orientation and size of the document. In spacing, you can select how much space you want before the text and after the text.
